The Last Pumpkin

       Bill Pike has authored a delightful children's book that takes a child on the journey associated with the selection of a pumpkin for Halloween. The experience of last-to-be-picked pumpkin, whose name is "Keeper", will offer encouragement and insight to all children who think about acceptance and love. It is an excellent choice for pre-readers and early readers, and is a wonderful choice for a parent-child share. Bill Pike is a long time elementary school educator, and former principal.
