Conrad Mercer Hall


Conrad Mercer Hall is a lifelong resident of Norfolk, Virginia, who for more than forty years spent weekends and summer holidays with his family on a small farm on Billups Creek in Mathews County. Hall earned a BS degree from Virginia Military Institute and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He served as an artillery officer in the United States Army and retired as the CEO of Dominion Enterprises after a forty-year career in the media and information services industries. He serves on the board of directors for numerous organizations, including the Slover Library Foundation, the Virginia Historical Society, the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, ACCESS College Foundation, and Norfolk Academy.
