Phyllis Brooks Silber
ABOUT THE AUTHOR​
Phyllis Silber has been the Executive Director of the Goochland County Historical Society since May of 2000. Phyllis retired from the Montgomery County, Maryland school system as a high school science teacher. She holds graduate degrees from the University of Tennessee and the University of Maryland. She can trace her maternal and paternal roots back to Goochland County in 1735.
