ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Author Rich Babbitt, a successful banking industry executive, was moved to write this compelling message about the impact of being a paperboy on his career, and learned that so many other have said the same thing. Through light-hearted teenage memories from our generation, Babbitt details the ten basic skill sets that continue to impact the Boomer’s work ethic in today’s workplace, even thirty and forty years later! Through the nostalgic stories, he defines and illustrates the foundations of this Boomer Work Ethic:

  • self-initiative,

  • self-motivation,

  • self-discipline,

  •  and self-reliance!
