The Byrd Theater Foundation released this beautiful pictorial of Richmond, Virginia's renown picture palace, to celebrate plans to complete its restoration. The book presents the architecture, the life and the rich history of the theatre since its doors opened in 1929. Photos by Richmond photographers Jayne Hushen and Wayne Dementi present superb views accompanied by informative documentation by author, George Bruner. The Foreword was written by David Baldacci.
